0 3/4 lb  boneless pork chops
1 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  garlic powder
0 1/4 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)
0 1/4 cup  Jam, raspberry, fruit sweetened
2 oz  fresh green onions
1 tbsp  orange juice
3 each  Plums, fresh, medium, FDA
Directions
  1. In a large resealable plastic food storage bag place the pork.
  2. In a small bowl combine cumin, cinnamon, salt, garlic powder, and red pepper and sprinkle the mixture over meat in plastic bag, shaking so that the spices coat the meat.
  3. Preheat the grill.
  4. In a small bowl combine raspberry spread, green onions, and orange juice and set aside.
  5. Take 8 skewers and thread on pork and plum wedges, alternating between each.
  6. Grill kabobs directly over medium heat for 12 to 14 minutes or until the meat has become barely pink in the center. Turn the kabobs once while grilling.
  7. Brush the kabobs with the reserved raspberry mixture frequently during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
