0 1/2 tsp  paprika
6 each  salmon fillet
0.3333 cup  honey mustard marinade
1 lb  asparagus spears, fresh, small
1 each  Onion, red, fresh, large, whole
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Prepare grill for direct grilling. Take salmon fillets and sprinkle with paprika, then brush the mustard over salmon and let it stand for 15 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Take asparagus and onion slices and brush with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place salmon in the center of grid skin side down over medium coals, then arrange asparagus spears and onion slices around salmon.
  4. Grill salmon and vegetables on grill for 5 minutes covered. Grill salmon, asparagus, and onion slices for 5 to 6 minutes more or until the salmon begins to flake when tested with a fork and the vegetables have become crisp-tender.
  5. Take the onion slices and separate into rings and arrange over asparagus.
