1 tbsp  tamari soy sauce
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
2 tbsp  olive oil
3 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  black pepper
3 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Lightly coat grill grates with cooking spray.
  2. Heat grill to medium for 5 minutes.
  3. In small bowl combine tamari, parsley, oil, lemon juice, and pepper.
  4. Place chicken on grill, drizzling sauce over each piece.
  5. Grill chicken 5-7 minutes per side.
