4 each  Pork, chop, top loin, raw
2 tbsp  chili powder
2 tbsp  brown sugar
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
1 tbsp  black pepper
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
  2. Cut off any visible fat from the chops.
  3. Mix the chili powder, brown sugar, salt, cumin and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Rub mixture onto all sides of the chop.
  5. Grill the chops for 5 to 6 minutes.
  6. Serve.
