4 each  lean lamb loin chops
2 tbsp  Jelly, red raspberry
1 oz  fresh mint
1 tsp  olive oil
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Cut off any visible fat from the chops. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the jelly, mint, oil and garlic. Place the chops in the grill and spoon the sauce over each.
  3. Grill for 4-6 minutes.
