4 each  lean lamb loin chops
0 1/4 cup  dijon mustard
1 tbsp  orange juice
1 tsp  brown sugar
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  salt
2 each  Oranges, medium, fresh
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Remove visible fat from the lamb chops. Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, blend the mustard, juice, sugar, pepper and salt. Place the chops on the grill and cover each with the mustard orange sauce. Grill for 4 to 6 minutes.
  3. Arrange the orange slices on 4 plates and place a lamb chop on top of each.
