1 lb  top sirloin steak, lean
2 tbsp  fresh basil
0 1/2 tsp  oregano leaves
1 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 tsp  salt
2 cup  chopped tomato
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. Remove any visible fat from the steaks with a sharp knife.
  2. Place the steaks in the grill and sprinkle with the basil, oregano, pepper, and salt. Grill for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and grill for 2-4 minutes.
