Ingredients Directions
  1. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. Remove any visible fat from the steak and cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
  2. Place the steak slices on the grill and sprinkle with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Grill for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the green and red pepper and the onion slices. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender crisp.
