Turkey Loaf Ingredients
1 each  eggs
0 1/4 cup  bread crumbs
1 tbsp  fresh basil
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tsp  dijon mustard
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 tsp  poultry seasoning
1 lb  ground turkey
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion

Turkey Loaf Sauce
1 tbsp  Yogurt, plain, low fat, 12g prot/8oz
2 tsp  dijon mustard
  1. Combine egg, bread crumbs, and seasonings in a bowl.
  2. Add turkey and onion, mix well.
  3. Press evenly into ungreased 8" x 5" loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until done.
  5. Mix sauce ingredients and spread over loaf top before serving.
