2 lb  boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 each  cooking spray
8 tsp  margarine
2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 tsp  garlic powder
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
6 tbsp  Bread Crumbs, Italian style
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly coat shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. In small saucepan, melt margarine over low.
  4. In shallow bowl, combine melted margarine and lemon juice.
  5. In separate shallow, bowl combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Dip each piece of chicken first in margarine mixture and then in bread crumbs. Turn to coat evenly.
  7. Place chicken in baking dish and drizzle with any remaining margarine.
  8. Bake 30-40 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160°F and juices run clear.
