0 1/4 cup  white wine
2 lb  Veal, breast, whole, raw
1 cup  fresh chopped onion
0 1/2 lb  fresh mushroom slices
0 1/2 tsp  minced garlic
1 tsp  ground basil leaves
1 tsp  oregano leaves
1 each  bay leaves
8 oz  roma tomatoes
1 each  fresh green onions
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
Directions
  1. Use a large skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, and bring 1/4 cup white wine to a simmer, and add the veal.
  2. Brown on both sides, and add the onion, mushrooms, garlic, basil, oregano, bay leaf, tomato, and the remaining 1/4 cup white wine.
  3. Cook, stirring, until the mushrooms and onions are tender, and the veal is cooked through, about 7 minutes.
  4. Add the green onions and parsley, and continue cooking for 5 more minutes. Remove and discard the bay leaf before serving.
