0.3333 cup  fat free ricotta cheese
1 tbsp  sugar
1 tsp  grated orange peel
1 tbsp  orange juice
6 oz  low fat vanilla yogurt
2 each  medium nectarines
Directions
  1. For dip, in a blender container or food processor bowl combine ricotta cheese, sugar, orange peel, and orange juice. Cover and blend or process until smooth. Stir cheese mixture into yogurt.
  2. If desired, cover and chill up to 24 hours. Serve with assorted fresh fruit.
