2 each  egg whites
1 each  eggs
3 tbsp  sugar
1 tbsp  honey
1 tbsp  Liqueur, cherry brandy/cordial, INTL
0 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
1 each  Salt, table, dash serving
0 3/4 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
0 1/2 cup  white all purpose flour
3 cup  Raspberries, fresh
2 tsp  powdered sugar
  1. In a large mixing bowl combine egg whites, whole egg, granulated sugar, honey, liqueur, vanilla, and salt. Beat with a wire whisk or an electric mixer on low speed until light and frothy.
  2. Stir in yogurt until mixture is smooth. Add flour; beat until mixture is smooth.
  3. Grease six 6-ounce individual quiche dishes. Arrange berries in the bottoms of dishes. Spoon batter over berries. Batter will not cover berries completely.
  4. Bake in a 375-degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until centers appear set when shaken. Cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes.
  5. Just before serving, if desired, sprinkle desserts with powdered sugar.
