Orange Curry Dressing
0 1/4 cup  light mayonnaise
2 tbsp  frozen orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 tsp  sweetener (sugar substitute)
1 1/2 tsp  lowfat milk
0 1/2 tsp  curry powder

Chicken Salad
0.6667 cup  fresh chopped celery
16 oz  cooked chicken breast
1 cup  red grapes
1 cup  canned pineapple chunks, drained
1 tbsp  slivered almonds
Directions
  1. For dressing, combine all ingredients, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. For chicken salad, combine dressing with chicken, grapes, pineapple and celery. Refrigerate, covered, 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Just before serving,
