Ingredients Directions
  1. Use a pot coated with nonstick cooking spray, sauté the onion until soft, and stir in the flour for 30 seconds.
  2. Gradually stir in the milk and chicken broth, and bring to a boil stirring constantly until thickened - about 10 minutes.
  3. Lower the heat and add the Brie, stirring until melted. Add the spinach, salt, and pepper, stirring until the spinach is wilted. Serve.
