0 1/4 cup  chopped walnuts
0 1/4 cup  coffee liqueur
3 tbsp  brown sugar
0 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
14 oz  Cheese, brie, 4.5oz package
20 each  Crackers, butter, flavor assortment
1 each  large apples
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. In a small saucepan, saute the walnuts until golden brown, about 3 minutes, stirring.
  3. Stir in the liqueur, brown sugar, and vanilla, cooking until the brown sugar is melted.
  4. Set aside, and watch carefully, as it cooks quickly.
  5. Remove the top rind of the Brie, and place the Brie in a shallow baking dish, top with the walnut mixture, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and heated through.
  6. Serve immediately with assorted crackers and fruit slices.
