1 lb  mahi mahi fillets
0 1/2 cup  fresh lime juice
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 tsp  hot pepper sauce
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
1 each  large onion
1 cup  red bell peppers, sliced
1 each  medium celery stalks
0 1/2 cup  fresh cilantro
  1. In a large glass bowl, place the fish and add the lime juice, garlic, and hot pepper sauce.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Add the onion, bell pepper, celery, and cilantro. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour longer.
  4. Serve chilled in martini glasses for an elegant look.
