4 each  boneless pork chops
0 1/4 cup  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 cup  honey
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
2 each  medium garlic cloves
  1. Place pork chops in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Cover and refrigerate for 4-8 hours.
  2. Drain, discarding marinade. Grill chops, covered, over medium coals for about 15 minutes per side, or until juices run clear.
