Ingredients Directions
  1. In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beans, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes, or until tender.
  3. Drain and remove to a bowl.
  4. Melt the margarine in the same pan over low heat.
  5. Add the shallots and ginger and saute for 5 minutes, or until the shallots are tender.
  6. Add the beans and orange peel and toss to combine.
