12 oz  Soybeans, edamame, frozen
1 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
0 1/2 cup  cold water
1 1/2 tsp  sesame oil
1 tsp  canola oil
1 pinch  tabasco sauce
2 tbsp  chopped scallions
0.125 tsp  black pepper
Directions
  1. In a large saucepan, combine edamame, soy sauce, and water. Bring to boil over medium-high.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 12 minutes or until all liquid is evaporated.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in the sesame oil, canola oil, hot-pepper sauce (optional), scallions and black pepper.
