Ingredients Directions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, Italian dressing, and black pepper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the artichokes, roasted pepper, celery, basil, and olives. Stir in the dressing. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Divide evenly the lettuce among six plates. Spoon the artichoke mixture onto the lettuce. Serve.
