32 oz  Corn, plain, frozen
7 oz  canned green chili peppers
0 1/2 cup  fat free milk
8 oz  fat free cream cheese
1 pinch  salt and pepper
0 1/2 tsp  paprika
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. In a 2-quart baking dish, mix the corn and green chilies.
  3. In a small microwave-safe dish, heat the milk and cream cheese in the microwave until the cream cheese is melted, about 30 seconds; blend with fork.
  4. Stir into the corn, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with the paprika.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly .
