6 each  medium tomatoes
2 cup  low sodium chicken broth
1 tsp  cooking sherry
2 tbsp  fresh cilantro
1 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
4 each  scallions
1 tbsp  fresh ginger root
0 1/4 tsp  chili sauce
2 each  medium limes
  1. In medium saucepan over low heat, add tomatoes, broth, sherry, cilantro, soy sauce, scallions, and ginger.
  2. Simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  3. Tranfer soup to food processor or blender and purée until smooth. Chill.
  4. Before serving, stir in chili sauce.
  5. Grate zest from one lime. Set aside.
  6. Squeeze juice from both limes into soup. Stir well.
  7. Ladle soup to chilled bowls and garnish with lime zest.
