2 each  medium tomatoes
0 1/2 each  red onion
0 1/4 each  medium avocadoes
1 each  chopped fresh green hot chile
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tbsp  red wine vinegar
2 tsp  lime peel zest
1 tsp  fresh lime juice
0 1/4 tsp  ground cumin
  1. In large bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, avocado, pepper, parsley, vinegar, lime peel, lime juice, and cumin.
  2. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
