2 oz  shredded mozzarella cheese
12 oz  canned white tuna, packed in water, drained
1 cup  fresh cherry tomatoes
1 each  red onion
0.6667 cup  fresh chopped celery
2 tbsp  olive oil
3 tbsp  red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp  dried basil
0 1/4 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
0.125 tsp  black pepper
  1. In large bowl, mix mozzarella, tuna, tomatoes, onions, and celery.
  2. In small bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, basil, red pepper flakes, and pepper.
  3. Pour dressing over tuna mixture. Toss gently.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
