10 oz  Spinach, chopped, frozen
0 1/2 cup  light mayonnaise
1 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
1 tsp  seasoned salt
0 1/2 tsp  dried dill weed
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 cup  chopped parsley
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped green onion
  1. Blend the spinach with mayonnaise, yogurt, seasoned salt, dill weed, lemon juice, parsley, green onion, and refrigerate.
