  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Coat 8 custard cups or popover-pan cups with cooking spray.
  3. Whisk the egg substitute in a medum bowl. Add the flour, milk and margarine, and whisk until the ingredients are combined.
  4. Stir in the cheese.
  5. Divide the batter evenly in the prepared cups. Place the cups on a large baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until popovers are puffed and golden.
  7. Serve hot.
