2 1/2 cup  fresh strawberries
1 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
0 1/2 tsp  sweetener (sugar substitute)
0 1/4 cup  fat free milk
0 1/4 cup  chopped walnuts
3 tbsp  oat bran
2 tbsp  Syrup, pancake, lite
16 oz  ice cubes
Directions
  1. Use a blender or food processor and combine the strawberries, yogurt, sugar substitute, dry milk, walnuts, oat bran, syrup and 2 cups ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
