2 cup  low fat buttermilk
1 pinch  black pepper
2 cup  sour cream
3 tbsp  fresh lime juice
4 oz  chopped green bell peppers
4 oz  small red bell peppers
2 each  medium cucumber
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped green onion
2 cup  chopped tomato
1 cup  low sodium vegetable broth
1 pinch  salt
  1. In large mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, sour cream, and lime juice.
  2. Add peppers, cucumber, green onion, tomato, broth, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
