Ingredients Directions
  1. Coat skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium. Sauté garlic and onion until very tender. Add flour.
  2. Gradually stir in milk, heating until thickened.
  3. Add spinach and cheese, stirring until cheese is melted.
  4. Stir in artichoke hearts, and season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, to taste. Serve hot.
