2 tbsp  unsalted butter
1 each  cooking spray
2 tbsp  packed light brown sugar
2 tbsp  Worcestershire sauce
0 1/2 tsp  chili powder
0 1/4 tsp  ground ginger
0 1/4 tsp  salt
3 cup  walnut halves
Directions
  1. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Coat large skillet and large spoon with cooking spray. Heat skillet over low heat and add butter.
  3. When butter is melted, stir in brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, ginger, and salt.
  4. Cook butter mixture, stirring constantly, for about 1 minute to blend flavors. Add nuts, stirring well to evenly coated.
  5. Cook nuts over low heat 15 minutes, stirring 3 or 4 times.
  6. Preheat oven 250°F. Remove nuts from skillet and spread on prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature and serve. Store in tightly covered container.
