1 cup  lowfat milk
1 each  cinnamon sticks
2 tsp  Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
2 tsp  sugar
2 tsp  cold water
0 1/4 tsp  vanilla extract
  1. Heat milk and cinnamon stick until just simmering.
  2. In an 8 ounce mug, combine the cocoa powder, sugar and water. Stir to make a paste.
  3. When milk is ready, remove cinnamon stick, and pour into mug. Mix well. Add the vanilla and stir.
