3 3/4 cup  low sodium chicken broth
1 each  bay leaves
4 each  scallions
8 oz  button mushrooms
4 oz  cooked chicken breast
2 oz  pasta shells
0.6667 cup  white wine
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Put the stock and bay leaf into a large pan and bring to boil. Add the sliced scallions and mushrooms.
  2. Remove the skin from the chicken and discard. Slice the chicken, add to soup and season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat for a few minutes.
  3. Add the pasta to the soup, cover and leave to simmer for 7 to 8 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
  4. Before serving, add wine and chopped parsley and heat through for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Serve in warmed soup bowls.
