Ingredients Directions
  1. Remove corn from freezer and let thaw at room temperature or rinse under cool water until thawed. Drain well.
  2. Trim roots and 1/2" from top of green onions. Coarsely chop.
  3. Slice tomatoes in half.
  4. Drain liquid from chili peppers.
  5. Peel, core, and dice avocados.
  6. In large bowl, gently toss avocados, tomatoes, corn, green chilies, green onions, lime juice, sugar, salt, and pepper.
