1 cup  fresh chopped celery
0 1/2 cup  shredded carrots
2 tbsp  fresh chopped green onion
0.3333 cup  mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp  fresh dill weed
0 1/2 tsp  fresh lemon peel
0.125 tsp  garlic powder
0.125 tsp  black pepper
6 1/2 oz  canned white tuna, packed in water, drained
4 each  fresh tomatoes
Directions
  1. In medium bowl, combine celery, carrot, and green onion. Add mayonnaise dressing, dill, lemon peel, garlic powder, and pepper.
  2. Gently fold in tuna. Cover and chill for 1 to 4 hours.
  3. To serve, divide sliced tomatoes among salad plates. Spoon tuna mixture over tomato slices.
