0 1/4 cup  dijon mustard
0 1/4 cup  honey
0 1/2 tsp  curry powder
1 tsp  fresh lemon juice
2 lb  large scallops
  1. Use a large bowl, and mix the mustard, honey, curry, and lemon juice, mixing well. Add the scallops, and marinate 15 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a baking pan, and broil in the oven about 4 inches from the heat until golden brown on the outside and opaque in the middle, about 4 to 5 minutes.
