Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Arrange the sweet potato slices covering a cooking spray coated pizza pan, overlapping the slices. Spray the slices with nonstick cooking spray, and bake for 15 minutes or until it is tender.
  2. Use a small bowl, and combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and sprinkle evenly over the potato slices. Return to oven, and continue baking until the potato slices are crispy, 5 to 10 minutes more. Slice and serve immediately.
