2 tbsp  olive oil
2 each  small onions
6 each  medium garlic cloves
3 cup  fresh shredded cabbage
4 each  small potatoes
1 tsp  caraway seeds
1 tsp  salt
5 cup  cold water
  1. Pour the olive oil into a large pan and cook the onion for 3-4 minutes (until soft). Add the garlic and cabbage and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the potatoes, caraway seeds, sea salt, and water to pot and bring to boil; simmer until the vegetables are cooked.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before serving, strained or mashed.
