1 lb  cooked shrimp
8 oz  low fat cream cheese
0 1/4 cup  light mayonnaise
8 oz  fresh green onions
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
0 1/4 tsp  hot pepper sauce
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Chop the shrimp coarsely, and set aside. Use a bowl, and mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, parsley, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper, combining well; add the shrimp. Chill until ready to serve.
