0 3/4 cup  hot red pepper flakes
1 cup  olive oil
1 1/4 cup  paprika
3 tbsp  ground cumin
1 pinch  kosher salt
1 pinch  black pepper
2 cup  tap water
20 each  cilantro sprigs
5 each  large garlic cloves
Directions
  1. Mix crushed red pepper flakes with two cups boiling water. Set aside.
  2. In food processor, grind cilantro and garlic, adding oil gradually.
  3. Add paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and red pepper flake mixture. Process for a few more seconds.
  4. Store in refrigerated glass jars.
