12 cup  tap water
1 1/2 cup  Oats, steel cut
0.3333 cup  olive oil
2 tbsp  fenugreek seed, ground
8 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 cup  cilantro, ground
0 1/4 cup  dried parsley
2 tsp  tumeric, ground
3 tbsp  paprika
0 1/4 cup  fresh mint
  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil.
  2. Reduce the flame to medium, cover, and cook 30 minutes.
  3. Adjust the texture and seasonings.
