3 cup  frozen broccoli florets
3 cup  frozen cauliflower pieces
1 each  medium onions
6 each  eggs
0 1/2 cup  potato starch
0.3333 cup  olive oil
1 pinch  kosher salt
1 pinch  black pepper
1 pinch  ground nutmeg
0 1/2 tsp  ground thyme
1 tsp  ground turmeric
1 cup  white wine
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In food processor, coarsely grind broccoli, cauliflower, and onion.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add all remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 11-by-14-inch baking pan. Bake about 40 minutes, or until the top is barely firm.
  5. Serve hot. Room temperature will be good too.
