Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a saucepan, saute the green onion and parsley in the margarine until tender. Stir in the flour and add the salt and pepper.
  3. Gradually add the milk, stirring over low heat until the mixture thickens and is bubbly.
  4. Remove pan from the heat and add the sherry. Gently fold in the crab meat.
  5. Place mixture in a casserole dish or use individual ramekins.
  6. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
