1 each  cooking spray
3 each  medium garlic cloves
8 oz  tilapia fillets
0 1/4 tsp  curry powder
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/2 cup  fresh cherry tomatoes
0 1/2 cup  canned black olives
1 each  medium onions
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 ̊F. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray; place tilapia fillets into it in a single layer. Spoon oil over fillets and season with curry powder, salt ,and pepper. Scatter garlic, tomatoes, olives, and onion over the fillets.
  2. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until fish is cooked through with no sign of pink. Exact cooking time will depend on the thickness of the fish.
