64 oz  fresh shredded cabbage
1 cup  shredded carrots
1 cup  fresh chopped red onion
1 tbsp  chili sauce
2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
0.3333 cup  rice vinegar
2 tbsp  brown sugar
3 tbsp  peanut oil
0.3333 cup  peanuts
Directions
  1. In large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, and red onion.
  2. In small bowl, whisk chili sauce, lime juice, vinegar, brown sugar, and peanut oil.
  3. Toss dressing with cabbage mixture. Add peanuts, toss well. Refrigerate before serving.
