2 cup  Yogurt, plain, nonfat
0 1/4 cup  Flour, graham
0 1/2 tsp  chili powder
0 1/2 tsp  ground turmeric
2 each  Chile Peppers, green, whole
4 tbsp  vegetable oil
1 each  dried ancho chile peppers
1 tsp  cumin seeds
3 pinch  curry, leaves, fresh, INTL
3 each  medium garlic cloves
1 piece  ginger root, fresh, 2" knob
2 tbsp  fresh cilantro
1 pinch  salt
  1. Mix together yogurt, flour, chili powder, turmeric. and salt and strain into pan.
  2. Add the green chiles and cook gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan and fry the remaining spices with the garlic and ginger until the dried chili turns black.
  4. Stir in 1 tablespoon of cilantro.
  5. Add the spices to soup, cover and rest for 5 minutes. Reheat.
  6. Serve hot, garnish with remaining cilantro.
