Ingredients Directions
  1. Saute chicken in the oil in a large pan over medium heat until golden brown.
  2. Take out the chicken and pour out the excess oil.
  3. Add sugar and half of the wine to the pot to dissolve the sugar, and then add the rest of the wine.
  4. Let the wine simmer until it is reduced to half. In a small bowl, mix the chicken broth or stock and cornstarch and then whisk into the wine and let simmer for about 2 minutes.
  5. Put the chicken and the grapes in the sauce and let simmer for another two minutes, or until the chicken juices are clear.
