  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F and coat a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Separate biscuits, and cut each into quarters.
  2. Use a large mixing bowl, and toss biscuits with the salsa, green onions, and cheese.
  3. Transfer mixture into the prepared pan. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes, or until the middle is fully cooked. Serve hot.
