  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Separate the crescent dough into eight triangles, and place a cheese cube on the wide end of each triangle.
  2. On the wide side, fold both corners over the cheese, and roll to the opposite point, completely covering the cheese, sealing it well.
  3. Roll each puff in sesame seeds. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
