Ingredients Directions
  1. Heat butter in a large pan and add the garlic.
  2. Gently fry 2 to 3 minutes, until softened, then add peas.
  3. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes more, then pour in the stock.
  4. Bring soup to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer.
  5. Cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes (until peas are tender).
  6. Leave to cool slightly, then transfer the mixture to a food processor and process until smooth.
  7. Return the soup to the pan and heat through gently. Season with salt and pepper.
